ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of telecommunications services provided by NEORACOM LLC (“NEORACOM,” “Company,” “we,” “us”). This policy is designed to ensure lawful, ethical, and responsible use of NEORACOM’s VoIP, SIP trunking, and related telecommunications services while complying with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and industry regulations, including robocall mitigation obligations.
This AUP applies to:
All customers, resellers, partners, and end users of NEORACOM services
All inbound and outbound voice traffic
All signaling, routing, numbering, and call origination services
Use of NEORACOM services constitutes acceptance of this AUP.
Customers may use NEORACOM services only for legitimate, lawful telecommunications purposes, including but not limited to:
Business communications
Customer support and service calls
Verified transactional calls
Lawful telemarketing activities with proper consent
Internal enterprise communications
All usage must comply with:
Applicable local, national, and international laws
FCC, FTC, and carrier regulations
STIR/SHAKEN requirements
NEORACOM’s Robocall Mitigation Plan (RMP)
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
4.1 Illegal and Fraudulent Activity
Robocalls, scam calls, or fraud of any kind
Caller ID spoofing or identity misrepresentation
Phishing, vishing, or social engineering
Impersonation of government agencies, financial institutions, or businesses
4.2 Unlawful Calling Practices
Calls made without proper consumer consent where required
Violations of Do-Not-Call (DNC) regulations
Autodialed or prerecorded messages without authorization
High-volume calling intended to harass or deceive
4.3 Network Abuse
Traffic pumping or artificial call inflation
Use of bots or automated systems to generate traffic without approval
Bypassing call authentication or filtering systems
Any activity that degrades network integrity or reputation
4.4 Evasion of Compliance Controls
Attempts to bypass STIR/SHAKEN or call verification
Masking traffic origin or falsifying call metadata
Use of unauthorized routing or termination paths
NEORACOM actively enforces a robust Robocall Mitigation Program, including:
STIR/SHAKEN implementation for caller authentication
AI-based call filtering and traffic analysis
Blacklisting and whitelisting mechanisms
Traffic monitoring, auditing, and anomaly detection
Reporting to carriers and regulatory bodies when required
Customers must:
Provide accurate call origination information
Cooperate with traffic investigations
Maintain verifiable business identity and use case documentation
Customers are responsible for:
Ensuring all traffic is lawful and consent-based
Maintaining up-to-date business and contact information
Responding promptly to NEORACOM compliance inquiries
Implementing internal safeguards against misuse
Monitoring downstream users if acting as a reseller
Resellers are fully responsible for the actions of their end users.
NEORACOM reserves the right to:
Monitor call traffic and signaling data
Audit usage patterns for compliance
Request supporting documentation (use cases, consent proof, call samples)
Share required information with carriers or regulators
Violation of this AUP may result in:
Immediate call blocking or filtering
Traffic suspension or termination
Account suspension or permanent termination
Reporting to upstream carriers or regulatory authorities
Financial penalties or termination without refund
NEORACOM may act without prior notice if network integrity or regulatory compliance is at risk.
Suspected abuse, robocalls, or policy violations may be reported to: compliance@neoracom.com
All reports are investigated and integrated into NEORACOM’s ongoing mitigation efforts.
NEORACOM reserves the right to update this AUP at any time to reflect:
Regulatory changes
Carrier requirements
Emerging fraud or robocall threats
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
